Profile

Moloney Architects is an architecture and interiors studio based in Ballarat, Victoria. Our designs are solid, bold and modern.

MA is currently working on projects in Ballarat, Lorne, Daylesford, Melbourne, Macedon Ranges, and the Mornington Peninsula. We work mainly on houses, but occasionally we get talked into designing non-houses too.

We support regional designers and artists through exhibitons at the BAaD Gallery co-located at our studio. In our spare time, we design hypothetical guerrilla architecture as part of our ‘Regional Workshop’ series.

As MA continues to grow we have been engaged to work on projects in all corners of Victoria. We generally like to cap our service area to a 300km radius, but it’s not a hard and fast rule. If you’ve got an interesting project far far away, let’s have a chat.

MA is part of a buzzing community of designers and makers in regional Victoria. Why not visit some of our design friends and pick up some nice locally-made stuff to go with your new house:

Perridak Arts – Art Gallery
Wooten – Cordwainer and Leather Craftsmen
Ruby Pilven – Ceramic Artist
Stephen Pleban – Artist
Aldona Kmiec – Photographer
Mitchell Harris – Purveyors of Fine Food & Wine
Ballarat Furniture Company
Pamo Industries
Arranmore Furniture
Rundell & Rundell – Chair Makers
