A 120-year-old canvass maker’s workshop is transformed into the headquarters of Mitchell Harris Wines. A long bar acts as a pod in the centre of the room - maximising usable wall space along the old brick shell for display and bar tables. The central location also allows staff to serve the bar and bottleshop from a single point of sale. The interior design
incorporates existing steel beams used to hoist motors and employs a material palette of
plywood, formply and
black steel - taking cues from the building’s industrial past.
