Located within the Union Bank Building on Lydiard Street, this pro-bono project was developed for the Ballarat International Foto Biennale. Designed as a flexible point-of-sale or bar unit for the Biennale’s many social events, the piece is conceived as a temporary insertion that introduces a playful geometric language, deliberately offset against the building’s restrained heritage fabric.

Envisaged as either a low-cost form-ply construction or fabricated in translucent Corian, the unit is modular and reconfigurable, allowing it to adapt to different uses, scales, and settings across the festival. (Unbuilt, 2020).
